Meet Our “Why”
Clifton B. Gibbs was killed in February 2012 in Memphis, TN when he was hit head on by a young lady texting while driving, and hit a second time by a man distracted by talking on his cell phone. Clifton was kept on life support for 3 days before his family made the decision to let him go. Clifton was a proud CBU alum and member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated, Omicron Epsilon Chapter.
Casey Feldman, 21, of Springfield, a senior at Fordham University and award-winning student journalist died July 17, 2009 after being hit by a distracted driver.
In Casey's honor, her parents have founded EndDD and ask that in her honor people make a pleadge to never drive distracted!
Linda Freedman Doyle was killed in 2008 by a distracted driver who was talking on the phone while driving.
